Some businesses are built on more than products or services. They’re built on family history, hard work, and a deep connection to place. That’s exactly what made this editorial photography session in South Louisiana so meaningful.

The Solutions Group, a marketing agency based out of Jonesboro, Arkansas, reached out to us requesting professional photography in an editorial style for one of RiceTec's small business partners.  TSG sent down their marketing director and team of videographers, RiceTec representatives also came to meet us, and I jumped right in as the professional photographer on this very hot day.  We spent about six hours on location, discussing and planning how to best utilize the family's time, the lighting conditions, and locations throughout Simon Farms' multiple fields.

Editorial photography is a great fit for companies that want images with a little more depth and personality. Instead of focusing only on posed portraits, these type of sessions allow room for real moments, natural movement, and environmental details that help tell the full story. For agricultural businesses, that might mean wide views of the property, candid working moments, close-up details, or drone imagery that shows the scale and landscape of this small business.

If your business has a story to tell, we can help bring it to life in a way that feels polished, genuine, and true to who you are, which is always a brand worthy of sharing!

I love creating lifestyle photography that feels authentic and intentional. My energetic, hands-on approach helps clients feel comfortable while we work together (even in the hottest of months) to create images they can actually use across their website, social media, print materials, and branding.

Photographing rice farming at Simon Farms gave me the chance to capture more than a business. Through these images, The Solutions Group is now able to a story of legacy, hard work, family, and the people who keep their Louisiana rice fields going year after year. For businesses like this, strong imagery does more than look polished. It helps preserve identity and communicate what makes their year round operation in the South unique.

If you’re ready to showcase your business with images that feel real and memorable, let’s plan a session that fits your story.
